- The recommended tightening torques can be found at the following link: qeridoo.de/go/drehmomente
- All information regarding "Care & Maintenance" must be observed. Corrosion cannot be entirely excluded. De-icing salts can cause stress corrosion cracking.
- Never leave the child unsupervised. Do not allow the child to play with the product. The Qeridoo is not a children's toy and must not be repurposed as such. Accordingly, it is not permitted to attach the Qeridoo to a children's bicycle.
- Keep children away from the Qeridoo during assembly. When handling moving components, take care not to trap your hands and fingers. Before first use, check all screw and cotter pin connections for secure fit. Make sure the child is out of reach when folding and unfolding the Qeridoo to avoid injuries.
- This seating unit is not suitable for children under 6 months. Always use the restraint system.
- Without a jogger wheel, this product is not suitable for jogging or skating. The included 14" jogger wheel enables skating & jogging. Jogger mode and skater mode are not included in the scope of the stroller certification.
- Always ensure the parking brake is engaged when placing a child in or removing a child from the Qeridoo. All loads attached to the push handle and/or to the back of the backrest and/or to the sides affect the stability of the Qeridoo.
- Only assemble and use original accessories and spare parts manufactured or recommended by Qeridoo. The use of other products will result in exclusion of liability.
- Wear may occur at the connection point between the bicycle frame and the coupler. This does not constitute grounds for a complaint. Do not use tools that have previously come into contact with conventional steel. Tiny steel particles could cause contact corrosion.
- For operating the rear light, follow the accompanying manufacturer information.
- Before use, ensure the brake is functioning correctly. Despite correct assembly, the disc brake may begin to rub. Readjust the brake callipers or seek assistance from your trusted bicycle workshop.
DANGER!
- Before each use, ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged. Additionally, wrap the safety strap of the tow bar around the tow bar in such a way that it does not hang down in the ready position and cannot catch on or drag against obstacles.
- Only one child may be transported in the one-seater and a maximum of two children in the two-seater. They must be secured using the harness system and wear appropriate clothing as well as a bicycle helmet. An even load distribution must be ensured.
- The Qeridoo must not be used after an accident! Even if no external damage is visible, the protective function may be impaired.
- Before every ride, check that the Qeridoo is in a proper and technically perfect condition. Carry out a visual inspection and pay particular attention to the section "Am I ready to go?". Also check whether the side fixation is closed and the seat belt straps on the back of the seat are tightened.
- Always ensure the safety strap is attached before using the Qeridoo in trailer mode. Additionally, ensure it cannot come into contact with moving parts of the towing bicycle.
- Do not use washers or similar items at the connection point between the bicycle frame and the coupler, as this may impair the stability of the connection.
- Always ensure the parking brake foot lever clicks audibly into place when engaged. If it does not engage fully, the wheels are not securely locked and the Qeridoo may roll away.
