Product description
The solid axle adapter makes it easy and safe to attach the becco tow bar to bikes with solid axles or hub gears.
Intended use
This product is intended exclusively for use with Qeridoo products. Check compatibility with your Qeridoo in advance.
Improper use
This product is not a children's toy and must not be used as one. Do not use the product on bikes that are not suitable for pulling a trailer.

When using accessories, they must be deducted from the payload. The empty weight of the Qeridoo with installed accessories plus maximum payload must not exceed the permissible total weight. According to StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations | valid in Germany), a maximum total weight of 40 kg applies to unbraked trailers.
A torque wrench (0–50 Nm) with 17-mm adapter is required for assembly.
This adapter is not suitable for bikes with a carbon frame, carbon dropouts, or carbon rear frame (risk of breakage!).
Safety and warning instructions
WARNING!
- The tightening torque depends on the manufacturer information for your bike. The values for becco adapters are guide values – the weakest component is always decisive (e.g. dropout or axle thread). Use a calibrated torque wrench whenever possible. The adapter must be screwed onto the axle by at least six full thread turns to ensure secure clamping. After the first rides, you should check the clamping force and retighten if needed. Do not use any tool that has come into contact with ordinary steel – even the smallest steel particles can be transferred and lead to contact corrosion. Due to the design of the coupler, light scratches or abrasion marks may occur at the contact point with the bike frame. This is technically unavoidable and not grounds for complaint.

- Proper assembly of the solid axle adapter is essential for safe trailer operation. Improper attachment can come loose while riding – with potentially serious accident consequences. If you are unsure, have assembly carried out by a qualified workshop. Compatibility must be checked before assembly. This adapter is not suitable for bikes with a carbon frame, carbon dropouts, or carbon rear frame (risk of breakage!).
Care and storage instructions
- Clean after use and store dry
- Do not expose permanently to moisture or aggressive chemicals
- Use only water and common household care products for cleaning, such as dish soap, textile care products, or soft cloths
- Keep out of reach of children
