Product description
The solid axle adapter allows simple and secure attachment of the becco tow bar to bikes with solid axles or hub gears.
Intended use
This product is intended exclusively for use with Qeridoo products. Check compatibility with your Qeridoo beforehand.
Improper use
This product is not a children's toy and must not be used as one. Do not use the product on bikes that are not suitable for pulling trailers.

When using accessories, they must be deducted from the payload. The empty weight of the Qeridoo with installed accessories plus payload must not exceed the permissible total weight. According to StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations | valid in Germany), a maximum total weight of 40 kg applies for unbraked trailers.
A torque wrench (0–50 Nm) with a 17 mm adapter is required for assembly.
This adapter is not suitable for bikes with carbon frames, carbon dropouts, or carbon rear frames (risk of breakage!).
Safety and warning instructions
WARNING!
- The tightening torque depends on the manufacturer information for your bike. The values for becco adapters are guide values – the weakest component is always decisive (e.g., dropout or axle thread). Use a calibrated torque wrench whenever possible. The adapter must be screwed onto the axle by at least six full thread turns to ensure secure clamping. After your first rides, you should check the clamping force and retighten it if necessary. Do not use any tool that has come into contact with ordinary steel – even the smallest steel particles can be transferred and cause contact corrosion. Due to the design of the coupler, slight scratches or abrasion marks may occur at the contact point with the bike frame. This is technically unavoidable and not a reason for complaint.

- Proper assembly of the solid axle adapter is essential for safe trailer operation. Improper attachment can loosen during the ride, with potentially serious accident consequences. If you are unsure, have the assembly carried out by a qualified workshop. Compatibility must be checked before assembly. This adapter is not suitable for bikes with carbon frames, carbon dropouts, or carbon rear frames (risk of breakage!).
Care and storage instructions
- Clean after use and store dry
- Do not expose permanently to moisture or aggressive chemicals
- For cleaning, use only water and common household care products such as dishwashing detergent, textile care products, or soft cloths
- Keep out of reach of children
