The extended quick-release axle 190 mm replaces the existing quick-release axle and gives you an optimal coupler attachment.
Intended use
This product is intended exclusively for use with Qeridoo products. Check compatibility with your Qeridoo in advance.
Improper use
This product is not a children's toy and must not be used as one. Do not use the product on bikes that are not suitable for pulling trailers.

When using accessories, their weight must be deducted from the payload. The empty weight of the Qeridoo (or Leggero) with installed accessories plus payload must not exceed the permissible total weight. According to StVZO (Road Traffic Licensing Regulations | valid in Germany), a maximum total weight of 40 kg applies for unbraked trailers.

WARNING!
- Remove the packaging materials and dispose of them according to the environmental guidelines applicable in your region.
- This product is not a children's toy and must not be misused as one.
- Do not use any tool that has come into contact with ordinary steel - even the smallest steel particles can be transferred and cause contact corrosion. Due to the design of the coupler, slight scratches or signs of abrasion may occur at the contact point with the bike frame. This is technically unavoidable and not grounds for complaint.
- Compatibility should be checked before assembly, because the axle is not suitable for bikes with carbon dropouts or a carbon rear frame. For aluminum or steel frames, we recommend a tightening torque of 12-15 Nm, while the manufacturer information for your bike must always take priority. The thru-axle must engage at least six full thread turns in the dropout to ensure secure clamping. After your first rides, you should also check whether the axle is still firmly seated and retighten it if necessary.
- Use the M5 reducer fitting supplied with the coupler.
DANGER!
- Proper assembly is crucial for safe trailer operation. An incorrectly installed axle can come loose during the ride and cause serious accidents. If you are unsure, have the assembly carried out by a qualified workshop.
- The axle nut must be firmly tightened to ensure sufficient clamping force. Close the lever of the quick release. This should require a noticeable amount of force. If the lever closes easily, only little force is needed to open it, and you put yourself at risk of it coming loose unintentionally! To increase the tension, turn the lock nut a little farther onto the quick-release axle.

- Clean after use and store dry
- Do not expose permanently to moisture or aggressive chemicals
- Use only water and standard household care products such as dishwashing detergent, textile care products, or soft cloths for cleaning
- Keep out of reach of children
