Product Description
The thru-axle adapter replaces your bike's thru-axle and enables mounting of the "Bike Coupler". Suitable for 1.5 mm thread pitch and a fixed installation length of 170 mm.
Intended Use
This product is intended exclusively for use with Qeridoo products. Check compatibility with your Qeridoo beforehand.
Improper Use
This product is not a children's toy and must not be used as such. Do not use this product on bikes that are not suitable for towing a trailer.

When using accessories, their weight must be deducted from the payload. The empty weight of the Qeridoo with installed accessories plus payload must not exceed the permissible total weight. Under StVZO (Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung | valid in Germany), a maximum total weight of 40 kg applies to unbraked trailers.
A torque wrench (0–50 Nm) with a 17 mm adapter is required for installation.

Safety and Warning Instructions
WARNING!
- Remove all packaging materials and dispose of them in accordance with the environmental regulations applicable in your region.
- This product is not a children's toy and must not be used as such.
- Do not use tools that have been in contact with ordinary steel – even the smallest steel particles can be transferred and cause contact corrosion. Due to the design of the coupler, slight scratches or abrasion marks may occur at the contact point with the bike frame. This is technically unavoidable and does not constitute grounds for complaint.
- Check compatibility before installation, as the axle is not suitable for bikes with carbon dropouts or a carbon rear frame. For aluminium or steel frames, we recommend a tightening torque of 12–15 Nm, though the manufacturer's specifications for your bike always take priority. The thru-axle must engage at least six full threads in the dropout to ensure secure clamping. After the first few rides, check whether the axle is still tight and retighten if necessary.
DANGER!
Proper installation of the thru-axle adapter is essential for safe trailer operation. An incorrectly installed axle can come loose while riding and cause serious accidents. If you are unsure, have the installation carried out by a qualified workshop.

- Do not expose to prolonged moisture or aggressive chemicals
- For cleaning, use only water and common household products such as washing-up liquid, textile care products or soft cloths
- Keep out of reach of children
