The Thru-Axle Adapter M12x1.5 170 mm replaces the original thru-axle on your bike and enables the installation of the "Bike Coupler". It allows for easy installation and delivers maximum reliability.

Usage

Simply replace your original axle with the thru-axle adapter and the "Bike Coupler" (KUFA) can be connected right away.
The integrated connection for the KUFA coupler system is precision-engineered and perfectly matched to the KUFA coupler system. The "Bike Coupler" (included in the scope of delivery of your Qeridoo trailer or available separately) is simply placed onto the head of the thru-axle and secured. Together with the KUFA tow bar of your trailer, this creates a safe, comfortable connection that offers all the benefits of the KUFA coupler system:

  • Highest safety standards (in accordance with EN 15918)

Which bikes are compatible with this thru-axle?

The Thru-Axle Adapter M12x1.5 170 mm fits all bikes with a 12 mm thru-axle and E-Thru standard (1.5 mm thread pitch) with an installation length of 170 mm.

 

Important!

  • Before purchasing, measure the length of your original thru-axle and check the thread pitch. The thru-axle adapter is available in various lengths and thread pitches to cover nearly all common 12 mm standards.
  • Only the combination of the thru-axle and the "Bike Coupler" forms a functional coupler on the bike.
  • Not suitable for bikes with carbon dropouts or a carbon rear frame (risk of breakage!).
